How to order custom fabric printing with Clocraft?

To order custom fabric printing with Clocraft, follow these steps:
1. First thing first, make sure your artwork is ready and meets the requirements – it should be at least 150 DPI in a high-res format such as tiff, jpeg, pdf, psd, eps, or ai.
2. Choose a fabric from our shop page and fill in the amount you want to order, or contact us at order@clocraft.com if you need assistance or would like to order a sample set.
3. Fill out the order form, including details on fabric type, order quantities and shipping address details. Fill in “Order notes” section on Check out page with the artwork name for faster process and easier identification.
4. Make sure that all of the information is correct before moving on.
5. Once you’ve checked that all of the information is correct, click on the “Place Order” button at the bottom of the form. This will submit the order and take care of everything else for you.
6. Send the artwork through a file-sharing service like WeTransfer, Dropbox or Goolge Drive.
7. If you decide to order via email, please send us your PO and we will send you a proforma or quote, including shipping options to most countries worldwide. Clocraft is based in Lamongan, Indonesia and can arrange domestic delivery throughout the country.
8. Upon receipt of payment, your order will be placed in the queue with an estimated completion time of 3-7 business days. For larger orders or during peak times, this may take up to 14 business days.
