Our Refund and Returns Policy is we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

We understand that you may be disappointed if the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective product, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We want to make it right and provide you with a solution as quickly as possible based on this refund and returns policy.

To begin the process of returning a defective product, please contact us with details about the issue as stated in this refund and returns policy page. Once we receive the returned product, as per our refund and returns policy we will thoroughly examine it to determine the cause of the defect. Within amount of time, we will notify you via email about whether you are eligible for a replacement or refund. If you are eligible, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase price. We will let you know via email regarding the payment method of the refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products. If you have simply changed your mind about a purchase or are unhappy with the product for any other reason, we are unable to process a return or exchange.
